(Religious Gatherings — Control Order)
(Amendment No. 8) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Religious Gatherings — Control Order) (Amendment No. 8) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 1 December 2021.
Amendment of regulation 28A
2.  Regulation 28A(1) of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Religious Gatherings — Control Order) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 509/2021) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “cleared status (general)” in sub-paragraph (b)(ii), the words “or cleared status (special)”.
