Sewerage and Drainage
(Trade Effluent) (Amendment)
Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Sewerage and Drainage Act 1999, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Sewerage and Drainage (Trade Effluent) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 January 2024.
Amendment of regulation 11
2.  In the Sewerage and Drainage (Trade Effluent) Regulations (Rg 5), in regulation 11, replace paragraph (6) with —
“(6)  Subject to paragraph (7), the fee mentioned in paragraph (5) for a bill issued on or after 1 January 2024 must be calculated in accordance with the scale set out in the Fourth Schedule.”.
Replacement of Fourth Schedule and deletion of Fifth Schedule
3.  In the Sewerage and Drainage (Trade Effluent) Regulations, replace the Fourth and Fifth Schedules with —
