(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 of the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes Act 1992, the Minister for Education makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Scholarships, Bursaries and Awards) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 January 2023.
Miscellaneous amendments
2.  In the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes (Scholarships, Bursaries and Awards) Regulations (Rg 4) —
(a)in the following provisions, replace “$6,900” with “$7,500”:
Regulation 30(1)(c)(i)
Regulation 30A(b)(i); and
(b)in the following provisions, replace “$1,725” with “$1,875”:
Regulation 30(1)(c)(ii)
Regulation 30A(b)(ii).
