Feeding Stuffs (Licensing, Analysis and Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Feeding Stuffs Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Feeding Stuffs (Licensing, Analysis and Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2001.

Amendment of rule 7

2. Rule 7 of the Feeding Stuffs (Licensing, Analysis and Fees) Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting paragraph (4).
