(Amendment) Rules 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 172(2) of the Land Titles Act, the Singapore Land Authority makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Land Titles (Electronic Lodgment) (Amendment) Rules 2020 and come into operation on 2 November 2020.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Land Titles (Electronic Lodgment) Rules (R 2) is amended by numbering the existing item as item 1, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:

“2. Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte. Ltd.”.
