Multimodal Transport
(Amendment) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Multimodal Transport Act 2021, the Minister for Transport makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations are the Multimodal Transport (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and, except for regulation 2(b), come into operation on 1 January 2024.

(2) Regulation 2(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. In the Multimodal Transport Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 822/2021), in regulation 2 —

(a)	in paragraph (1)(a), replace “$128.40” with “$130.80”; and
(b)	in paragraph (3), in the definition of “substantial shareholder”, replace “(Cap. 50)” with “1967”.

Amendment of regulation 4

3. In the Multimodal Transport Regulations 2021, in regulation 4(1)(a), replace “$128.40” with “$130.80”.
