(Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 3)
Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 1 January 2022.

Amendment of Tenth Schedule

2. The Tenth Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 723/2020) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (3) of item 4 under the heading “Subjects”, the following paragraph:

“(3A) Foreign Interference (Countermeasures) Act 2021 (Act 28 of 2021)”.
