(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the ACRA (Registry and Regulatory Enhancements) Act 2024, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the ACRA (Registry and Regulatory Enhancements) Act 2024 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  The ACRA (Registry and Regulatory Enhancements) Act 2024, except Part 8, comes into operation on 9 December 2024.
