(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 411 of the Companies Act 1967, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Companies (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 9 December 2024.

Amendment of regulation 89A

2. In the Companies Regulations (Rg 1), in regulation 89A(2) —

(a)	in sub‑paragraph (q), insert “or” at the end; and
(b)	delete sub‑paragraph (r).

Amendment of First Schedule

3. In the Companies Regulations, in the First Schedule —

(a)	in the first column, delete “146(1) and” wherever it appears; and
(b)	in the first column, delete “171(1B) and”.

Amendment of Second Schedule

4. In the Companies Regulations, in the Second Schedule —

(a)

in Forms 45 and 45A, replace “Address: …………………” with —

“Residential Address: ……………………….

Contact Address: ……………………………”; and

(b)

in Form 45B, replace “Address …………………” with —

“Residential Address ……………………….

Contact Address ……………………………”.
