(Rental Waiver Due to COVID-19 Event in 2021)
(Amendment) Regulations 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 107 of the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Rental Waiver Due to COVID‑19 Event in 2021) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 17 December 2021.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Part 2 of the First Schedule to the COVID‑19 (Temporary Measures) (Rental Waiver Due to COVID‑19 Event in 2021) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 751/2021) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the full‑stop at the end of sub‑paragraph (c) of paragraph 5 and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub‑paragraph:

“(d)	the place located at 3D River Valley Road, #03‑01, Block D, Singapore 179023.”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “or (c)” in paragraph 6(a) and (b) and substituting in each case the words “, (c) or (d)”.
