(Bus Service Licence)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 of the Bus Services Industry Act 2015, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Bus Services Industry (Bus Service Licence) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 January 2025.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Bus Services Industry (Bus Service Licence) Regulations 2016 (G.N. No. S 33/2016), in the First Schedule —

(a)

in item 2, after paragraph (i), insert —

“(j)

2025

$90 for each month (or part of a month)

(k)

2026

$90 for each month (or part of a month)”;

(b)

in item 3, after paragraph (i), insert —

“(j)

2025

$90 for each month (or part of a month)

(k)

2026

$90 for each month (or part of a month)”; and

(c)

in item 4, after paragraph (i), insert —

“(j)

2025

$90 for each month (or part of a month) in 2025 or $1,000, whichever is the lower

(k)

2026

$90 for each month (or part of a month) in 2026 or $1,000, whichever is the lower”.
