2. The Schedule to the Societies Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 11, the following items:“12. Any society whose object, purpose or activity, whether primary or otherwise, is related to —(a) | the manufacture, cultivating, smoking, administering, consuming, trafficking, importing or exporting of, or any other activity involving (whether directly or indirectly), a controlled drug as defined in section 2 of the Misuse of Drugs Act (Cap. 185); | (b) | the playing of a game of chance, a game that involves both an element of chance and an element of skill or a game that is presented as involving an element of chance, whether for money or money’s worth; | (c) | the making or accepting of a bet, whether for money or money’s worth, on the outcome of a competition, an event or a process; | (d) | a game, method, device, scheme or competition by which a prize, whether consisting of money or money’s worth, is distributed or allotted in any manner depending upon or to be determined by chance or lot, whether the game, method, device, scheme or competition is held, drawn, exercised or managed inside or outside Singapore; or | (e) | the provision of sexual services for payment or reward. |

13. Any society whose object, purpose or activity is to —(a) | commit; or | (b) | promote or facilitate the commission of, |
an offence under any written law or an act that would constitute an offence under a written law if committed in Singapore.”. |
