Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 2006

Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 2006, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act (Commencement) Notification 2006.
2.   The Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 2006 shall come into operation on 1st March 2006.
