(Proscribed Names) (Amendment)
Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1)(h)(iv) of the Private Education Act 2009, the Minister for Education makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Private Education (Proscribed Names) (Amendment) Notification 2022 and is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  In paragraph 2 of the Private Education (Proscribed Names) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. S 630/2009), replace “section 37(1)(h)(iv)” with “section 10(1)(h)(iv)”.
