Medicines (Registration of Pharmacies) (Amendment) Regulations 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 36 (1) and 74 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Registration of Pharmacies) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.
2.  Regulation 3(2) of the Medicines (Registration of Pharmacies) Regulations is amended by deleting “$120”, “$360” and “$12” and substituting “$150”, “$450” and “$15”, respectively.

3.  Regulation 7(3) of the Medicines (Registration of Pharmacies) Regulations is amended by deleting “$120” and “$360” and substituting “$150” and “$450”, respectively.
