Customs (Duties) (Amendment)
Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs (Duties) (Amendment) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 25th February 2013 at 3.30 p.m.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Customs (Duties) Order (O 4) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “$347.00 per kgm” in column (7) against H.S. Codes 2401.10.10, 2401.10.20, 2401.10.40, 2401.10.50, 2401.10.90, 2401.20.10, 2401.20.20, 2401.20.30, 2401.20.40, 2401.20.50, 2401.20.90, 2401.30.10, 2401.30.90 and 2403.19.20 and substituting in each case the words “$352.00 per kgm”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “$239.00 per kgm” in column (7) against H.S. Codes 2402.20.10, 2403.19.11 and 2403.99.50 and substituting in each case the words “$299.00 per kgm”.
