Medicines (Export Licence for
Psychotropic Substances)
(Amendment) Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 2 April 2019.
Amendment of regulation 5
2.  Regulation 5(1) of the Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) Regulations (Rg 9) is amended by deleting “$100” and substituting “$103”.
