(Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2)
Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59(1) of the Online Criminal Harms Act 2023, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Online Criminal Harms Act 2023 (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 2 January 2025.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Online Criminal Harms Act 2023, in the First Schedule, in Part 1, in item 43, replace “section 65” with “sections 60A, 61 and 62”.
