(Crew Accommodation)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 100 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Merchant Shipping (Crew Accommodation) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 23 December 2024.
Amendment of regulation 12
2.  In the Merchant Shipping (Crew Accommodation) Regulations (Rg 29), in regulation 12(4), replace “where available” with “as far as reasonably practicable”.
