(Application) (Amendment No. 2)
Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Government Procurement Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 1 January 2022.
Amendment of paragraph 4
2.  Paragraph 4 of the Government Procurement (Application) Order (O 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting “$137,050” in sub‑paragraph (2) and substituting “$141,275”;
(b)by deleting “$760,640” in sub‑paragraph (2A) and substituting “$765,600”; and
(c)by deleting “$9,508,000” in sub‑paragraph (2B) and substituting “$9,570,000”.
