| 1 The Factories (Asbestos) Regulations were originally made under the 1998 Revised Edition of the Factories Act (Cap. 104). The Act was renamed Workplace Safety and Health Act (Act 7 of 2006) wef 1st March 2006. The Factories (Asbestos) Regulations still remain in force until they are revoked. |
