| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Employment of Foreign Workers (Fees) Regulations. |
| Fee |
| 2. A fee of $30 shall be paid to the Controller of Work Permits for the issue of a duplicate work permit. |
| Fee for issue of S Pass |
| 3. For the issue of a work permit designated by the Controller of Work Permits as an S Pass to a foreign worker, a fee of $30 for each year or part thereof for which the work permit is issued shall be paid to the Controller. [S 381/2004 wef 01/07/2004] |
