Animals and Birds (Pigeons) Rules

Licences

3.—(1) No person shall use any premises for the keeping, harbouring, roosting, nesting or breeding of pigeons without a licence issued by the Licensing Officer under these Rules.

(2) Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $500 and to forfeiture of the pigeons by the Licensing Officer.
