| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Disease) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 15th September 2002. |
| Declared diseases |
| 2. The diseases set out in the Schedule are declared to be diseases within the meaning of the Act. |
| Cancellation |
| 3. The Animal and Birds (Disease) Notification (N 2) is cancelled. |
