Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12(q) of the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority Act, the Agri‑Food and Veterinary Authority makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (Certification Marks) (Cancellation) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 1 April 2019.
Cancellation
2.  The following Notifications are cancelled:
(a)the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (Certification Mark) Notification (N 1);
(b)the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (Certification Mark) (No. 2) Notification (N 2);
(c)the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (Certification Mark) (No. 3) Notification (N 3);
(d)the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (Food Safety Excellence Mark) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 275/2011);
(e)the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (Certification Mark) Notification 2014 (G.N. No. S 535/2014).
