Air Navigation (Exemption) Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29E of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Air Navigation (Exemption) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 6 June 2016.

Exemption

2. Paragraph 55A(1) of the Air Navigation Order (O 2) does not apply to the Republic of Singapore Air Force in respect of the exhibitions of flying at the following organised events:

(a)	the National Day Parade rehearsals on 7, 14, 21 and 25 June 2016 and 2 July 2016, respectively;
(b)	the National Education Shows on 9 July 2016 and 16 July 2016;
(c)	the National Day Parade Previews on 23 July 2016 and 30 July 2016;
(d)	the National Day Parade on 9 August 2016;
(e)	the National Day Parade (reserve date) on 13 August 2016.
