| Citation |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Betting (Bukit Turf Club — Exemption) Notification. |
| Exemption in respect of horse-race |
| 2. The Bukit Turf Club and its members and officers are exempted from the provisions of the Act in respect of the promotion of any betting in connection with any horse-race in Singapore or Malaysia where the betting takes place at such premises as may be approved by the Minister. |
