Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Banking (Licence Fees) Notification.

Licence fees

2. The following fees shall be payable for a licence to transact banking business under the Act granted by the Monetary Authority of Singapore in respect of —

(a)

the head office or main office of a bank with a full banking licence whether incorporated in Singapore or outside Singapore … ...

$125,000 per annum;

(b)

each branch office or sub-branch office of the bank referred to in paragraph (a) … ...

$10,000 per annum;

(c)

a bank with a restricted banking licence …

$100,000 per annum; and

(d)

a bank with an offshore banking licence …

$75,000 per annum.
