Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Building Control (Composition of Offences) Regulations.

Compoundable offences

2. The following offences may be compounded by the Building Authority in accordance with section 49 of the Act:

(a)	offences referred to in sections 9 (7), 10(7), 11(7), 16(7), 34(4), 34(5) and 44(2) of the Act;
(b)	offence of contravening or failing to comply with section 9(4)(e) of the Act; and
(c)	offences under any regulations made under the Act.
