Building Control Act
(Chapter 29)
Building Control (Estimated Final Price for Class 2 General Builder’s Licence) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29C(1)(b) of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Building Control (Estimated Final Price for Class 2 General Builder’s Licence) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 18th December 2008.
Variation of estimated final price for Class 2 General Builder’s Licence
2.  A Class 2 general builder’s licence shall authorise the holder thereof to carry on the business of a general builder restricted to contracts or engagements for an estimated final price each of not more than $6 million, instead of the estimated final price of $3 million specified in section 29C(1)(b) of the Act.
