Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act (Commencement) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2004, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act (Commencement) Notification 2005.
2.—(1)   Sections 1, 28 and 40 of the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2004 shall come into operation on 3rd January 2005.
(2)  Sections 2, 3, 4, 29 to 39, 41 and 42 and Parts II to V shall come into operation on 1st April 2005.
