PRELIMINARY

Citation

1. These Rules may be cited as the Buildings and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Rules.

Definition

2. In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires, “ground” includes garden, recreational area, driveway, car park, fence, wall, gate, service road and anything attached to or on the ground.
