Business Names Registration
(Composition of Offences) Regulations 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the Business Names Registration Act 2014, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Business Names Registration (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 3 January 2016.
Compoundable offences
2.  The following offences may be compounded by the Registrar in accordance with section 37 of the Act:
(a)any offence under section 11(12), 22(3), 32(4), 34(1), 35(1)(a) or (3) or 46(5) of the Act;
(b)any offence under regulation 7(2) of the Business Names Registration Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 825/2015).
