| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Fuel Tank — Prescribed Places) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2003. |

2. For the purposes of section 136A(2)(a) of the Act, the following places shall each be a prescribed place:

| 3. The Customs (Fuel Tank — Prescribed Place) Regulations (Rg 9) are revoked. |
