Charities (Prohibition of Fund-raising Appeal) Order 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39B(1) of the Charities Act, the Commissioner of Charities hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Charities (Prohibition of Fund-Raising Appeal) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 3rd May 2007.

Prohibition

2. The Commissioner hereby prohibits and stops the conduct of any fund-raising appeal by Kidney Fund Organisation.

Made this 2nd day of May 2007.
