Charities (Fees) Regulations 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Charities Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Charities (Fees) Regulations 1996 and shall come into operation on 17th May 1996.

2. There shall be payable to the Commissioner for Charities in respect of the matters set out in the first column of the Schedule the fees set out opposite thereto in the second column thereof.

3. The Commissioner may, in his discretion, waive, reduce or remit wholly or in part any fee payable under these Regulations.

4. The Charities (Fees) Regulations are revoked.
