Charities (Exempt Charities) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of the Schedule to the Charities Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Charities (Exempt Charities) Order 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 15th July 1996.

2. The Health Endowment Fund, so far as it is a charity, is hereby declared to be an exempt charity for the purposes of the Charities Act.
