Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Airport Fire and Rescue Services Fees) Regulations.
Fees
2.—(1)  The fees set out in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Authority for the services of airport fire officers or for the use of airport fire vehicles or rescue craft in connection with any of the following matters:
(a)welding or any open flame work;
(b)escorting vehicles which do not meet the fire safety requirements;
(c)loading and unloading of hazardous cargo onto or from aircraft;
(d)refuelling or defuelling of aircraft;
(e)dispersal of fuel spillage;
(f)dispersal of oil slicks at sea;
(g)fire safety inspection of premises;
(h)fire-fighting training or demonstrations;
(i)conducting lectures relating to fire safety; and
(j)giving professional advice on matters relating to fire safety.
(2)  Such fees shall be calculated from the time the airport fire officers, the airport fire vehicles or rescue craft leave the fire station or base to assume the duty for which they are engaged to the time they return to the fire station or base after completing such duty.
