(Disclosure under Section 45)
Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45(4) of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Disclosure under Section 45) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 August 2024.
Definitions
2.  In these Regulations —
“Office” means the Suspicious Transaction Reporting Office established under section 5(1) of the Act;
“Office website” means the Internet website of the Office at https://www.police.gov.sg/;
“SONAR” means the STRO Online Notices and Reporting platform established by the Office for electronic submission of reports under section 45 of the Act.
Means of disclosure under section 45 of Act
3.  A disclosure made under section 45(1) of the Act must be made —
(a)electronically by using SONAR; or
(b)where SONAR is unavailable to the public, by submitting the disclosure —
(i)by email to STRO@spf.gov.sg; and
(ii)in the form specified for this purpose on the Office website.
