Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Singapore Turf Club — Exemption) Notification.

Exemption

2. The Singapore Turf Club and its members and officers are hereby exempted from the provisions of the Act in respect of the public lotteries known as —

(a)	Unlimited Sweep Draw; and
(b)	Four Digit Numbers Game Draw,

conducted under the control or supervision of the Club at such premises as may be approved by the Minister.
