(Exemption) (No. 14)
Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 14) Notification 2016.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Nee Soon South Community Club Senior Citizens’ Executive Committee (called the organiser) from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “Nee Soon South Community Club Active Ageing Mind Game (Mahjong) Challenge 2016” promotion to be held from 15 March 2016 to 29 May 2016 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the mahjong games to be held at the multi-purpose hall of Nee Soon South Community Club from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on 29 May 2016.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
