(Exemption) (No. 10)
Notification 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 10) Notification 2013.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Songkran Festival” promotion to be held from 15th March 2013 to 14th April 2013 (both dates inclusive) and comprising the following draws:
(a)the “Daily Lucky Dip” draws to be held daily from 5th April 2013 to 12th April 2013 (both dates inclusive), between 11 a.m. and 10.30 p.m., at Happy 9 restaurant inside the casino at Resorts World at Sentosa; and
(b)the “Grand Lucky Draw” to be held on 14th April 2013 at 10.50 p.m. at the Casino Royale Bar at Resorts World at Sentosa.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
