(Exemption) (No. 13)
Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.   This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 13) Notification 2012.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Tanglin-Cairnhill Active Ageing Committee from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Tanglin-Cairnhill Mahjong Tournament 2012” to be held on 15th April 2012 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the multi-purpose hall of Henderson Community Club.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Tanglin-Cairnhill Active Ageing Committee with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
