(Exemption) (No. 14)
Notification 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act , the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 14) Notification 2013.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Fortune Three Lucky Draw” promotion to be held on 27th March 2013, 29th March 2013 and 30th March 2013 and the following events to be held as part of the promotion at the Main Casino Floor (B2M) of Marina Bay Sands:
(a)the “Bunny Bonanza Draws” to be held on 27th March 2013 between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. in 5 sessions hourly;
(b)the “Golden Egg Draws” to be held on 29th March 2013 between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. in 3 sessions hourly; and
(c)the “Grand Lucky Draws” to be held on 30th March 2013 between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. in 3 sessions hourly.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
