Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 12) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 12) Notification 2009.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Tan Tock Seng Hospital Pte Ltd from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Wash & Win (TTSH CSI Handwashing Campaign)” event to be held from 27th April 2009 to 3rd July 2009 (both dates inclusive) and from 10th July 2009 to 9th October 2009 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 12th October 2009.

(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Tan Tock Seng Hospital Pte Ltd with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 23rd April 2009.
