Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 9) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 9) Notification 2010.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the National Service Resort & Country Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “NSRCC Charity Golf 2010” event to be held from 1st April 2010 to 23rd May 2010 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 23rd May 2010.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the National Service Resort & Country Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 26th March 2010.
