(Exemption) (No. 17)
Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 17) Notification 2015.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —
(a)the “RWS Premium Surprise 2015” promotion to be held from 10 April 2015 to 9 May 2015 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)the draw to be held at the Festive Hotel membership office (Level B1) of Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd., as part of that promotion, on 10 April 2015 between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., the results of which are to be announced from 30 April 2015 to 9 May 2015 (both dates inclusive).
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
