Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 13) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 13) Notification 2009.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts ERA Singapore Pte Ltd from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “True Hearts 2009” event to be held from 15th May 2009 to 29th June 2009 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 30th June 2009.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by ERA Singapore Pte Ltd with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 12th May 2009.
