Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2005.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore International Film Festival Limited from the provisions of the Act in respect of Singapore International Film Festival 2005 Lucky Draw to be held from 4th April 2005 to 25th April 2005 (both dates inclusive) and the draws on 4th April 2005, 11th April 2005, 18th April 2005 and 25th April 2005.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore International Film Festival Limited with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 1st April 2005.
