(Exemption) (No. 16)
Notification 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 16) Notification 2013.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Blackjack Peel & Win” promotion to be held from 20th April 2013 to 20th June 2013 (both dates inclusive) and the “Blackjack Peel Off” lottery to be held daily from Mondays to Thursdays within the premises of the casino of Marina Bay Sands.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
